Centre for Health through ZhiNeng QiGong

Upcoming class: Weekend class on the 3rd and 4th of November.

ConCentrum was founded in 2010. The original idea is still preserved: to offer a variety of services, which allow a quantum leap for health and joy of living up until old age.
ZhiNeng QiGong provides a range of easy to learn exercises that increase, if consistently practiced, one's health quickly and efficiently.
The lessons are given by Michael Robert Biber. He was certified in 2014 by Helen Zhang and Karl Qiu in Beijing as a teacher of authentic Zhineng Qigong.

ZhiNeng QiGong

ZhiNeng Qigong is easy to learn and leads to physical, emotional and spiritual balance and health up until old age.

ZhiNeng QiGong was created by Dr. Pang Ming. From early childhood he learned various kinds of QiGong, meditation, as well as various types of martial arts.

To make the positive effect of QiGong available to all people, he developed ZhiNeng QiGong at the beginning of the 80s. A form of QiGong, which is very effective and very easy to learn.

Already 15 minutes exercise a day are enough to significantly strengthen each one's health and joy of living.
